Clinical Research

The advances that have been made in the treatment of patients with cancer have been nothing short of dramatic. More patients are being cured of their malignancy than ever before. However, there remains much to be done. For many patients, particularly those with advanced cancer or in those whose cancer has relapsed, the outlook is not as good. Clinical oncology research evaluates new chemotherapies and treatment approaches for cancer patients. The research will continue to advance cancer care into the 21st century, and provide us with the ability to cure an ever increasing number of patients with this challenging disease.
